چکیده
We propose a mechanism of intravalley spin-flip scattering in spin-valley coupled two dimensional systems by transferring momentum light into exciton center mass using optical vortex (OV) beams. By varying the dispersion topological charge OV beam, we demonstrate unique approach to control intra-valley rate excitons. From our photoluminescence measurements, that W-based TMDs can be tuned externally Variation intensity with charges shows crossover temperature (> 150 K), indicating competitions among time scales involving radiative recombination, scattering, and thermal relaxations. Our proposed technique utilizing structured beam open up new explore physics excitons 2D systems.

Super-long life time for 2D cyclotron spin-flip excitons
An experimental technique for the indirect manipulation and detection of electron spins entangled in two-dimensional magnetoexcitons has been developed. The kinetics of the spin relaxation has been investigated. Photoexcited spin-magnetoexcitons were found to exhibit extremely slow relaxation in specific quantum Hall systems, fabricated in high mobility GaAs/AlGaAs structures; namely, the relax...
متن کاملMetal microneedle fabrication using twisted light with spin.
Microneedle fabrication on a metal surface based on laser ablation using twisted light with spin was demonstrated, for the first time. The resulting needle showed a height of at least 10 microm above the target surface and a tip diameter of less than 0.3 microm. We also demonstrated the fabrication of a two-dimensional 5 x 6 microneedle array. The needles were uniformly well shaped with an aver...
متن کاملElement-specific probing of ultrafast spin dynamics in multisublattice magnets with visible light.
We demonstrate the feasibility of element-specific probing of ultrafast spin dynamics in the multisublattice magnet TbFe in the visible spectral range. In particular, we show that one can selectively study the dynamics of Tb and Fe sublattices choosing the wavelength of light below and above 610 nm, respectively. We observe that, despite their antiferromagnetic coupling in the ground state, the...
متن کاملSpin transport of excitons.
We report on observation of the spin transport of spatially indirect excitons in GaAs/AlGaAs coupled quantum wells (CQW). Exciton spin transport over substantial distances, up to several micrometers in the present work, is achieved due to orders of magnitude enhancement of the exciton spin relaxation time in CQW with respect to conventional quantum wells.
